This is not a perfect polished success story. This is the truth about what it looked like to slowly wake up inside a life that no longer felt true to me — and the steps that helped me rebuild afterwards. In this workshop I walk you through my personal story. The good girl conditioning. The fear. The shame. The moments of clarity. The moments I went back on myself. Leaving a 17 year marriage. Becoming a single mum. Rebuilding my confidence, my health, my finances, my identity and my peace. But more importantly, I will show you the framework that came out of it all. The things that genuinely helped me stop abandoning myself and start building a life that finally felt like mine.
