This is the truth about what it looked like to slowly wake up inside a life that no longer felt true to me, and the steps that helped me rebuild afterwards. Leaving after a 17 year abusive relationship. Divorcing. Becoming a single mum. Rebuilding my confidence, my health, my finances, my identity and my peace. But more importantly, I will show you the framework that came out of it all. The things that genuinely helped me stop abandoning myself and start building a life that finally felt like mine.
